If in the unlikely event the product you purchased from us is found to be faulty we will offer you a replacement or offer a full refund provided the item is returned to us within 7 days of receipt for the Ireland and 21 days of receipt outside the Ireland. The item must be returned to us in its original retail packaging. BEFORE returning the faulty product you must contact us by email. It is YOUR responsibility to make sure we receive the faulty item. On that premise it would be strongly advisable to return the item by recorded delivery. This not only speeds up the delivery but also covers you should the item be lost in the post. WE FULLY COMPLY WITH THE DISTANCE SELLING REGULATIONS & THE SALE OF GOODS ACT.
